Postgraduate

Imagen
I've never thought of any kind of postgraduate degree in architecture because in fact, just recently, on my last day of school I realized that I wanted to study architecture. But if I had to think about one of the themes that architecture had, I would probably study something related to urbanism. I would love to study outside of Chile, because I always felt the architecture of, (for example) Italy or France in general, is a much cleaner architecture than that of Chile, and that is also related to the urbanism of the cities, the way in which they build, as governed by urbanistic norms that make their field of construction is much more orderly than ours. I would like to study continuously, as I do now in the university, because I feel that studying alone at night, I would not work for me, I would be tired and sleepy all day, and I would not be 100% focused. I would also like to have this postgraduate course, sitting in front of a teacher, in person, I did not see computer o...

Future

Imagen
In the future I would like to work in some kind of company where there are many architects, in this way I’ll be able to learn from all of them, and also to know the different points of view that each one has. Then, when I’m going to be even bigger and have more experience, I would like to start a company, and work in different areas, such as re-building patrimony, design scenarios, and also as a company, have own projects. I would like to practice as much as in cities, as the field (outdoors), especially in the south, since I completely love the south of Chile. (I really don’t imagine myself, being locked up in an office all day doing the same project for hours, I like to go out on the ground and meet new places) But before I star to go to the world of work, what is going to be my whole life, I would like to get to know the world, at least all of Europe, since I deeply love the classic architecture that it has, and, I really  feel that after studying 6 years, I des...

Food

Imagen
I really like food, but not any kind of them, example ... I really like junky food, because who dosen't? but I dislike (a lot)  the beans, lentils or chickpeas. I also really love the Mexican food and the  china food; I think that the two of them have something in particular that makes this kind of food so delicious to me. The last exotic food that I recently ate, was "shawarma" or "Dörner", it is like a Mexican taco but this one is Arab, and it has its own products (with this I mean that is not all fat) I don´t consider myself a foodie, because I eat when I have hungry (or when I have anxiety). Basically I like to taste new plates, new flavors and that kind of things, but I am always concerned in maintaining a healthy state of my body

Blog evaluation

I think it's a good idea to use the blogspot website in English class. Because in my personal experience, and I had never made a blog, so this is a whole new experience for me. Speaking of skills and developed this exercise, I believe that to be writing blogs (mostly 200 words) almost every Thursday, allowed me to be able to expand my ideas and thoughts, by that I mean having to explain with details all I have to say, because someone else have to understand what I mean. In the future I would like that the first hour of the class were about talking between the classmates and teacher, and not having to sit an hour in front of the computer, I feel that this it would be more pleasant for everyone, and because of that it will be  generate a more dynamic environment. I do not know what I would like to talk about in the future, but, I do know, that I would not like to talk about research and politics issues.

A hobby

Imagen
When I was 12, I was a very restless girl, so my mom enrolled me in many activities after school, to get tired physically and mentally. One of them, was learning how to ride on skates; At first it cost me to learn to move in them, in fact I fell from them several times, there I met the helmet and the knee pads. I had to move from 4-wheel skates to 6-inch skates. Which was hard to learn on the street outside my house. When I turned 13, I started going to the skating club in my city. Being there I met people with whom I became friends to this day. When I was that age I liked to just walk in them, to be able to walk in my city in rollers, instead of walking or riding a bicycle; I also liked going out with my friends, playing in the streets, and walking with my pet. Over the years I moved away from skating altogether, even sold my skates because they were of a smaller size, and never again went skating. Now that I am bigger I realize that this hobby served me a lot, to spee...

THE FIRST PHOTOGRAPH OF HISTORY

Imagen
THE FIRST PHOTOGRAPH OF HISTORY This is a photo that was taken in 1826 known with the name of "Point of view from the window in Le Gras"; it was taken by the French Joseph Nicéphore Niépce in the region of Burgundy, France. The image was made on a pewter sheet (zinc alloy, lead and tin) and recorded, after 8 hours of exposure, from the roof of the farm; His intention was to capture the landscape of the scientist's farm. Personally I love this photo as it represents the beginning of a new era where technology replaces the classic painting that at that time was responsible for immortalizing the moments that were wanted to keep. Thanks to the discovery of José Nicéphore Niépce, it was possible to continue advancing from the basics that was his "camera" until arriving today, where the cameras allow him to have the photos of immediate form and not to wait 8 hours to see the result of his session of pictures. Currently, the photo is preserved at the ...

Fight Club It was directed in 1999 by David Fisher and played by Edward Norton, Brad Pitt and Helena Bonham Carter. It is Edward who plays the stellar character (where he never reveals his name), who is a clerk of a car company somewhat bored by his work and suffering from insomnia. To overcome this problem, he goes to various support groups in one of which he meets Marla Singer (starring Helena Bonham). On a business trip, he meets Tyler Durden (starring Brad Pitt) on the flight. For various situations that were presented, the character of Edward Norton and Tyler Durden frequent more. Over time, they create together "the fight club" located in the basement of a bar. This group of people rejects the established and use the violence of the fights between them to lose the fear of the emotional suffering, physical pain, rejection of the people or until releasing the stress, etc. However, Tyler Durden plans a project that is practically based on creating economic chaos. ...
